Find Your Feet
Place both feet on the ground. Take a moment to shift your focus to one foot, feeling it connect to the earth. Pause here for a moment. Now gently shift your awareness to the other foot and feel it connecting to the ground beneath it. Pause for a moment. Then bring your attention to both feet on the ground.
