Your team will leave with simple, science-backed breathwork and mindfulness practices they can use at their desk, before a big meeting, or in the middle of a hard day.

The goal is not to eliminate stress; it’s to offer tools to help your staff respond to it rather than react to it.

Our schools are navigating a mental health crisis—and the adults in the building are carrying it too. These workshops meet students and educators exactly where they are, offering breath-based tools and mindfulness practices that are approachable, age-appropriate, and immediately usable. When we regulate ourselves, we regulate the room.

 

Educators will walk away with:

  • Simple breathwork and mindfulness techniques for anxiety, focus and emotional regulation.

  • Tools to calm the nervous system before tests, presentations or challenging moments.

  • Skills that support wellbeing beyond the classroom

Don't have an hour? Sometimes 30 minutes is all it takes to shift the energy of your day.

Whether it's before the workday begins, during lunch, at the end of the day, or built into a staff meeting, this guided breathwork session offers your team an opportunity to pause, breathe, and reset together.

​

Research shows that even brief, intentional breathwork can reduce cortisol, improve focus, and shift the nervous system out of stress mode — in minutes. The Take a Breather brings that science to your team in a single 30 minute session, available morning, midday, or end of day.

Participants will:

  • Relax the shoulders, jaw, and body

  • Learn simple breathing techniques to calm the nervous system
