Breathwork, Nervous System Support & Holistic Health Coaching
We work with your whole self—your body, breath, mind, and daily habits—so you can feel more grounded, regulated, and connected.
Through guided breathwork, nervous system support, and personalized health coaching, you’ll learn how to:
- regulate your nervous system
- release stored stress and emotions
- nourish your body in a way that feels supportive and sustainable
- create simple, realistic habits around food, rest, and self-care
This isn’t about strict plans or fixing yourself. It’s about understanding your body, building trust with yourself, and creating a way of living that actually feels good. The power to heal lives within you. I’m here to guide you, support you, and walk beside you as you bring it all together. This is your return…to the whole you.
Each session is 60 minutes.
What we work on together:
Body
Nourishment, movement, rest, and learning to listen to what your body has been trying to tell you.
Breath
Using breathwork as your anchor for nervous system reset, emotional release, and daily reset.
Spirit
Reconnecting with what lights you up inside and what you deeply, truly value.

- 6 private coaching & 2 breathwork sessions
- Thorough Health History intake session to map where you are and where you want to go
- Breathwork sessions tailored to your nervous system and emotional needs
- Mindfulness tools, journaling prompts, and weekly integration practices
- Email and text support throughout the 3 months
